Norman Mailer's Brooklyn Apartment for Sale

From the Real Estate pages of the New York Times

If you can't afford the 2.5 million asking price (plus whatever sum is negotiated for chattels and furnishings), it is still worth scanning through the photos of this truly wonderful apartment, for ideas for shelving your books.

And what to do with your loft, or attic.  The copy writer uses the word "galley" wrongly, by the way (a galley is a shipboard kitchen), but the inspiration definitely comes from the crow's nest.

And think of the cachet of living in an apartment
pre-loved by a National Book Award winner ....
